Capabilities

Six Capabilities. One Connected Process.

Our work across rail, industrial, and electric mobility projects draws on the same core capabilities. Here's what sits behind everything we deliver.

Capabilities

What We Bring to Every Project

01

Engineering & Design

Every project starts here. Before we source a component or plan a build, our engineering team defines the technical requirements. This keeps decisions grounded in actual performance needs, not assumptions.

Mechanical
Design and analysis for components, assemblies, and systems under real operating loads.
Electrical
Power systems, control architecture, and electrical design for both new builds and upgrades.
Structural
Load-bearing design and structural assessment for assets that see continuous stress over time.
Application Engineering
Adapting designs to fit the specific equipment, site, or fleet they're built for, rather than applying a generic solution.
02

Sourcing

Sourcing gets harder as equipment ages. Original suppliers close, parts go out of production, and lead times stretch out. We maintain sourcing networks built specifically for this problem, and where a part truly can't be found, we engineer a replacement instead.

Global Sourcing
A supplier network that extends beyond regional or single-country limitations.
Critical Components
Sourcing for parts where failure or delay has a direct operational impact.
Legacy Parts
Locating components for older platforms and equipment that are no longer in standard production.
Alternate Sources
Identifying substitute suppliers or components when the source is no longer viable.

03

Refurbishment

This isn't a stopgap repair process. Every refurbished component goes through the same testing standards as new equipment before it's returned to service.

Overhaul
Full inspection and rebuild of components showing wear or reduced performance.
Repair
Targeted fixes for specific faults or damage, without a full rebuild where it isn't needed.
Rebuilding
Reconstructing components or systems back to original specification.
Remanufacturing
Restoring used components to a condition that matches new-build performance standards.

04

Manufacturing

We support manufacturing at two levels: producing components and systems for specific projects and setting up full production lines for clients building their own manufacturing capability, particularly in electric mobility.

Fabrication
Building components and structures to engineered specifications.
Assembly
Putting fabricated and sourced components together into finished systems.
Tooling
Designing and building the tools and fixtures a production process depends on.
Production Setup
Planning and establishing manufacturing lines, from layout to equipment placement.

05

EPC

Running EPC as a single process removes the coordination gaps that usually slow projects down. One technical team carries the project from design through installation, so nothing gets lost between engineering intent and what actually gets built.

Engineering
Technical design work that defines the scope before procurement begins.
Procurement
Sourcing the materials, components, and equipment the project needs.
Construction
Physical build and installation work carried out to the engineered design.
Installation
Final setup and integration of systems into their operating environment.
06

Testing & Commissioning

This is the step that confirms everything else worked. Whether it's a rebuilt traction motor or a newly commissioned charging site, nothing leaves our process untested.

Inspection
Visual and technical checks to confirm components meet specification before further testing.
Load Testing
Verifying performance under the actual operating loads equipment will face.
Functional Testing
Confirming systems perform their intended function correctly and consistently.
Commissioning
Final verification and handover, confirming equipment is ready for service.
